The final 32 contestants of The X Factor USA had been revealed in the recent episode.
From 100 remaining, the contestants were trimmed down to 32. Challenges in the bootcamp include group performances and picking up, from a list of 35, a song that defines the contestant as a performer.
The 32 contestants that made it to the cut are the following:
The Girls: Caitlin Koch, Tora Woloshin, Simone Battle, Drew Ryniewicz, Rachel Crow, Jazzlyn Little, Melanie Amaro and Tiah Tolliver.
The Boys: Brennin Hunt, Brian Bradley, Skyelor Anderson, Nick Voss, Tim CIfers, Phillip Lomax, Marcus Canty and Chris Rene.
Over 30s: Elaine Gibbs, Tiger Budbill, Leroy Bell, James Kenney, Josh Krajcik, Christa Collins, Dexter Goodman, and Stacey Francis.
Groups: the Stereo Hogzz, 2squared, 4Shore, The Brewer Boys, Illusion Confusion, and The Anser.
Some of the under 30s were brought back on stage and were divided into 2 groups to make up the final 32. They were called the "Insta-Groups" by Simon Cowell. The two groups are:
Girls+Boys Group - Nick Dean, John Lindahl, Arin Ray, Ellona Santiago, the girl and guy from Ausem, Ma’at Bingham Shango, Francesca Duncan, Emily Michalak, Lauren Ashley
Girls Group - Paige Ogle, Dani Knights, Cari Fletcher, Hayley Orrantia
The girls will be mentored by Simon Cowell, the boys by L.A. Reid, the 30s group by Nicole Scherzinger, and the groups by Paula Abdul.
